I am in my final year of earning a Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University. I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University at IUPUI and have over 10 years of experience working in the healthcare field. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and challenges related to substance use. If desired, I can incorporate one's faith tradition into the therapeutic process. I come along side clients in exploring their experiences, uncover meaning, and discover new paths forward. Using a client-centered approach that draws on Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I empower individuals to gain deeper self-understanding and create meaningful change. Through collaborative planning, encouragement, and thoughtful reflection, I work with each person to develop goals that align with their confidence, values, and readiness for growth.
If desired, I can incorporate one's faith tradition into the therapeutic process.
