We are a directory service only. We do not provide mental health services, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All therapeutic services are provided directly by the listed professionals.

We are not liable for:

• Any disputes between users and listed professionals
• Any harm resulting from interactions with listed professionals
• The accuracy or reliability of information in therapist listings
• Any decisions made based on information found on our website

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jesus Loves Mental Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• For therapists: your provision of professional services to clients

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Jesus Loves Mental Health or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our website, except for personal, non-commercial use or as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Therapists retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute their listing information for the purpose of operating our directory services.

10. Payment Terms for Therapist Listings

Therapist listing services are offered on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected listing tier
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize automatic recurring charges unless cancelled
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

Therapists may cancel their listings at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. The arbitration will be conducted in the United States, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Severability

15. Entire Agreement
