Can I upgrade or downgrade my listing?
Yes. You can change your listing tier, with billing adjustments applied according to the active plan terms.
What happens when my featured period expires?
If a Featured or Premium listing is not renewed, the profile returns to the Free tier. Profile information remains intact while enhanced visibility benefits end.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing options and any available savings will be confirmed when registration reopens. Contact us if you would like more information.
Is there a commitment period?
Paid tiers are designed to be billed monthly without a long-term contract. Free listings remain active indefinitely while they continue to meet directory requirements.
